Teledyne 15GHz BW Sampling Scope for $7K
The Teledyne TDS-050 EyeScope is a smartphone sized digital sampling oscilloscope designed for compliance testing of serial data sources and interconnects in a manufacturing or lab environment. The EyeScope has built-in 10G clock recovery for 10GBE applications and supports automated eye mask measurements for any NRZ LVDS serial data up to 10.3125Gb/s.
The EyeScope is controlled via Ethernet or USB, and comes with accompanying software to setup, view and log mask measurements. Up to 32 EyeScopes can be controlled by one computer using a fast Ethernet switch. The EyeScope also measures jitter, rise/fall time and histograms.
